4th body still missing after boat capsized

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department says the dive team searched the waters until dusk. It was unclear whether they would resume Tuesday.

Three bodies were recovered after the boat from Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard was reported overdue Sunday and a search began. A fourth body was spotted by air but couldn’t be found on Monday.

A sheriff’s statement says the three victims recovered are all men from Ventura County: 37-year-old Sieng Sophorn Bun of Oxnard, 54-year-old Edgar Allen Isnec of Port Hueneme and 52-year-old Ramiro Alvarez Duarte of Oxnard.
