ANAHEIM – A 29-year-old man refused medical treatment after being stabbed early Sunday in a parking lot, police said.
At 1:44 a.m. a man was fighting for an unknown reason with another man in the lot at South Rio Vista Street and Lincoln Avenue, said Anaheim police Sgt. Wayne Alonso. The 30-year-old man stabbed the victim with a screwdriver.
Police did not identify either man.
The victim was treated for stab wounds to the head and belly at the scene, but he refused to go to a hospital, Alonso said. The incident does not appear to be gang related, he said.
