COSTA MESA – Two men were arrested early Saturday morning following a violent argument in Costa Mesa, police said.

Officers with the Costa Mesa Police Department responded to reports of a fight near the 1900 block of Anaheim Way and Yorkshire Street at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, according to a police statement.

The fight occurred after four men encountered four other men and began arguing. The fight escalated, and other men nearby became involved. Two men and a juvenile were stabbed multiple times by two suspects, police said.

The three victims were taken to an area hospital and are expected to survive.

Officers arrested Roman Nava, 18, less than a block from the fight location. Felipe Moreno, 19, was arrested inside a nearby residence, police said. Moreno and Nava each face a charge of assault with a deadly weapon and a gang-related charge. They were booked into the Orange County Jail, and their bail was set at $25,000.
